Joe Faughnan

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Joe comes from a 17-year coaching background with Conn Rangers FC, working with every age group from U8s up to the first team. He currently holds a UEFA C License (since 2018) and has coached at regional level with Mayo U18s, as well as managing Foxford Secondary School, where he won 3 Connacht titles and 1 National title. Over the past five years, Joe has developed a deep interest in the U.S. college soccer system, particularly as more Irish players are choosing this exciting pathway.

Anthony Elding

HEAD OF TALENT IDENTIFICATION

Anthony is an English former professional footballer and current coach, known for his versatility, leadership, and commitment both on and off the pitch. Born in Boston, Lincolnshire in 1982, Elding began his career in non-league football before working his way up through the English Football League system. He played as a striker for a wide range of clubs across England, including Stockport County, Leeds United, and Grimsby Town, as well as stints abroad in Hungary with Ferencváros and in Ireland with Sligo Rovers. Elding was also capped 6 times for the England C team.

Throughout his career, Elding earned a reputation as a hardworking forward with a sharp eye for goal and a strong presence in the dressing room. One of the highlights of his playing days came during his time at Sligo Rovers, where he scored a last-minute winner in the 2013 FAI Cup Final—cementing his status as a fan favorite.

Following retirement, Elding transitioned into coaching, earning UEFA coaching qualifications and dedicating himself to youth development. He has worked with several Irish clubs at academy and senior levels, including Longford Town and Athlone Town. Elding now continues to apply his extensive playing experience and passion for the game to nurture the next generation of football talent.

Evan Reape

HEAD STUDENT-ATHLETE CONSULTANT

Evan played one season at East Central Community College, followed by two seasons at Oakland City University, where he earned All-Conference honors all three years. He just graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration with Human Resource Management degree and now serves as our student-athlete consultant — a key resource for players navigating the U.S. college experience. Evan currently lines out for Conn Rangers FC in the Mayo Super League.
